PvM Swamp Zone

  • New PvM areas populated – Swamps. There are only three zones, each with its own Champion:
    • Bog of Desolation is located northeast of Britain.
    • The Fens of the Dead is located north of Trinsic.
    • Destard Swamps – South of the Destard dungeon exit.
  • Champion is a new type of mini-boss designed for one or two players to kill. Unlike bosses, champions have lower health regen and less dangerous abilities. Although some of them can be a hassle too 😉
  • In order to summon the champion, you need to clear the swamps from the swamp monsters.
  • After the death of the champion, the CD for his challenge is hung from 2 to 5 hours (random). Unlike bosses, you cannot see the current state of CD, so you will have to clear the swamps to find out if the champion will be called.

Swamp monsters

  • Swamp Alligator. Damage and protection class are low.
    Special Ability: May cause bleeding when bitten
    Special loot: rare drop living clod
  • Swamp Tentacles. Damage and protection class are low.
    Special Abilities: On impact, they can confuse the victim, reducing the stamina level to 0

  • Swamp Toad. Damage and protection class are low.
    Special Ability: Poisons upon bite
    Special loot: rare drop living clod
  • Acid Elemental. Archer. Damage and class of protection are average.
    Special ability: can cause an acid whirlwind causing damage in a radius of 3 cells.

  • Swamp Lizard. Damage and class of protection are average.
    Special Ability: Deals increased damage when crit

  • Swamp Lizard Archer. Archer. Damage and class of protection are average.

  • Swamp Lizard Witch Doctor. Magician.
    Special ability: no

    Special Ability: Places Lesser Fire Totem and Lesser Protection Totem.

Totems

  • Totems are a new type of combat spells that some NPCs use. have a lifetime from one to several tens of seconds, they can also be knocked down when dealing damage to them.
  • Lesser Fire Totem – Periodically inflicts damage to all players within a 7 squares radius
  • Lesser Protection Totem – Grants protection to all NPCs within the range of the totem, reducing incoming damage by 50%.

Reagents for crafting

  • Swamp monsters drop rare reagents necessary for crafting, which are not currently used, but will be useful in the future.
  • Items required for crafting are highlighted in brown in the game.
  • living clod – is a reagent required for crafting weapons with increased damage against swamp monsters.
  • rare living clod – is a reagent required to craft superior weapons with even higher damage against swamp monsters. Drops only from champions.
  • nature diamond – a reagent needed to craft class armor for the Amazons
  • elusive stone – a reagent required for crafting class weapons of the Amazons
  • Note: for crafting, in addition to these reagents, ore is required, which is currently not yet available for digging.
  • Some of these reagents will be happy to buy from merchants in cities, in particular nature diamond and elusive stone can be sold to the Jeweler.
  • The drop of rare items from elite swamp monsters is 4 times higher than from ordinary ones.

Champion – Bog Thing

  • A living thing, a mixture of mud and slime, is a rather dangerous enemy. Possesses special abilities of poisoning the victim. Calls for help from Boglings, which in case of an emergency can be devoured to restore health.

Champion – Juju the Colossus

  • The monster is overgrown, obviously eating something forbidden. Due to its mass, it is able to knock the enemy back a few cells on impact. It also throws lumps of dirt, the further the enemy is, the higher the damage, up to and including death. It has three phases, which you will learn about yourself by fighting the champion.
  • Inhabits the swamps of The Fens of the Dead.

Ciavuntuss, Champion of The Green

  • Ancient swamp dragon mage Ciavuntuss and his rider Lord Lek’tesh. Has a special ability to release a poisonous cloud, which poisons or deals increased damage if the target is already poisoned. Two phases, in the first of which you have to knock the rider out of the saddle.
  • Found in Destard Swamps.

  • Hunter’s Bow. A bow similar in speed and damage to a tier 2 Amazon bow. Has increased damage to monsters (+ 25%), and also imposes a slowdown on them for 3 seconds on hit (only affects NPCs).
    Range: 12 tiles
    Properties: Conjured 5d
  • Venom Tail – is a two-handed spear. Gives +35 AC, hits 2 tiles. When damaged, it imposes an effect similar to the properties of Poison Strike (poisons the victim, and if it is already poisoned, it deals additional damage and removes the poison).
    Properties: newbie, droppable, destructable
  • Titan Sandals – sandals, does not allow the Paralyze spell to affect you for more than 3 seconds.
    Properties: Conjured 5d
  • Colossus Defender – is a high protection class shield. When putting on an autocast spell Protection.
    Protection class: 60
    Properties: newbie, droppable, destructable
  • Venom Band – bandana, gives a protection class similar to the composite helmet. When double-clicked, instantly hangs the Poison spell on the target. CD for use 1 minute.
    Properties: newbie, droppable, destructable
  • Mud Husk – doublet, allows you to instantly restore from 50% to 100% HP when used. CD 6 minutes.
    Properties: Conjured 5d
  • Swamp Dragon. Riding Dragon, gives the rider the Poison Restoration effect.

  • There are two settlement zones open where players can set up their houses:
    • Britain Territory
    • Trinsic Territory (region south of the city)

Misc

  • Vendors in cities buy various goods from players:
    • Tools Shop (Petrovich and his brothers) will buy unnecessary runes from you, including used ones
    • Jewelers – various stones, at the moment they are nature diamonds and elusive stones
    • Sellers in the magic shop – heroic virtue and mystic virtue
  • Minoc, Vesper, Yew added to Travel Stone and populated
  • Gold drop in bosses increased (large range random)
  • .Home teleportation time reduced to 30 seconds, added visual countdown, fixed a bug so that teleportation was interrupted if a player used a command while in combat mode
  • Added map on Battle Ground: Serpent’s Hold (.map command)
  • Battle Ground: Buccaneer’s Den map interface updated, made more compact
  • Critical Shot Amazonian Bow paralyzes the enemy
  • When reloading mounts with Mount Recharger, the maximum charge is reduced by 5 (for PP – by 4).
  • Now mounts can be recharged when they reach 0 charges (they used to become useless if you missed the moment when the number of charges reached 1)
  • Transfer command does not work on mounts

Updating files for the game

  • Updated files for the game, everyone is strongly encouraged to download new files from the site, or update through Orion
  • Maps – small cosmetic improvements to Battle Ground: Serpent’s Hold, areas for altars are highlighted. Also added a map for a new PvP event that is in development.
